Overnight Chia Oats

 

I’m all about convenience & efficiency,
these overnight chia oats are so handy
of a morning and SO creamy. ⁠
Topped with beautiful fruit = flavour bomb!⁠

Overnight Chia Oats

Servings: 1

Ingredients

1/3 cup Rolled Oats
2/3 cup Unsweetened Plant-Based Milk (I used Coconut Milk)
1 tbsp Chia Seeds 
¼ cup Almonds, roughly chopped 
2 tsp Rice Malt Syrup 
¼ cup Frozen Mixed Berries 
Top with your favourite seasonal fruit

Method

1.    Combine all ingredients in a jar (ensure all ingredients are well combined and there isn’t a hard layer at the bottom).

2.     Seal and leave to set in fridge overnight. 

3.     Once set, top with fruit and enjoy!
